The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The dibond material (sample received on the 20.6.14) shall be used in the construction of the signs.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory and preserves the character and setting of the Listed Building in accordance with saved Local Plan Policy ENV13
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
