    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2.     Reason - In order to define the permission.

  3. The materials as described in Miss L Righton's emails dated 25 June 2014; 01 July 2014; and 29 July 2014 shall be used in the development hereby approved.

    Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV13 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
