This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'PT1'; 'PT2'; 'PT3'; 'PT4'
Reason - In order to define the permission.
The materials shown on the approved plan and as described in the submitted application form shall be used in the construction of the construction of the triple bay garage hereby permitted.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory, in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and SUR1 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water. This is in accordance with the SPD on Water Management.
The triple bay garage hereby approved shall only be used for the domestic storage purposes incidental to the domestic use of the dwelling and shall not be used for commercial or business purposes or converted into habitable accommodation.
Reason - In order to ensure that garage accommodation remains available for the residential use and so as to restrict pressure for additional garaging to protect the amenities of the area, in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and SR7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
