This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The site shall not be occupied by any persons other than gypsies and travellers as defined in Annex 1 of the PPTS.

    Reason - The application site is in open countryside, outside a settlement boundary as defined in the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (2006). The development is only deemed acceptable as it will meet the needs of persons of gypsy status, in accordance with saved Policy GD1 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  2. No commercial activities shall take place on the land, including the storage of materials.

    Reason - In the interests of the amenity of the neighbour/s and the locality.

  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:

    Location plan/block plan drawing number RAW 13/4/14

    Reason - To define the permission.
