This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Within six months from the date of this consent the construction of the vehicular access between the nearside edge of the adjoining carriageway and the setback gated entrance shall be carried out and completed in accordance with a specification to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, at a gradient not steeper than 1 in 20.

    Reason: In the interests of highway safety.

  2. The domestic storage permitted within the parts of buildings 2 and 3 as indicated within the hereby approved plans and supporting information, shall relate solely to the domestic requirements of the dwelling at Castle Fields Farm and shall not be used for any commercial storage purposes.

    Reason: To ensure that the domestic storage hereby permitted serves the dwelling on the holding in order to reduce pressure for further domestic development on the holding.

  3. The use of the vehicular workshop and vehicular ramp hereby approved shall not be used commercially or independently from the agricultural or domestic activities carried out in connection with Castle Fields Farm.

    Reason: To define the permission and to ensure the proposed development causes no harm to amenities of the area and/or prejudice highway safety.
