The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 'MS/0314/001'; 'MS/0314/001/a'; 'MS/0314/002/b'; 'MS/0314/003/b'; 'MS/0314/004/b'; 'MS/0314/005/b'; 'MS/0314/006/b'.
Reason - In order to define the permission, and ensure the development is visually satisfactory, in accordance with saved Policies SUR1 and SUR6 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water. This is in accordance with the SPD on Water Management.
The conversion and extension of the existing garage hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 'Furlong Cottage, Tagwell Road, Droitwich Spa'.
Reason - In order to preserve the amenities of the locality and to ensure the use of the annexe accommodation remains ancillary in nature to the main dwelling, in accordance with saved Policies GD2 and SUR7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
