This decision is subject to the following conditions:
Within two months of the date of this decision the construction of the vehicular access between the nearside edge of the adjoining carriageway and the highway boundary shall be carried out in accordance with a specification to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, at a gradient not steeper than 1 in 20.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
Within two months from the date of this decision notice the driveway and turning area hereby approved the driveway for parking and turning shall be laid out, consolidated, surfaced and drained within the application site in accordance with a plan to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority so that an individual vehicle may enter and leave the site in a forward direction. These areas shall thereafter be retained and kept available for those uses at all times.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the free flow of traffic using the adjoining highway.
Any new access gates shall be set back 5 metres from the adjoining Highway boundary and shall be made to open inwards only.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety.
Within two months of the date of this decision notice, details of the means of closure and reinstatement of this existing entrance and vehicular crossing (as shown on the approved plans) shall be submitted to the local planning authority for approval in writing. The existing access shall be closed in accordance with the approved details within 6 months of the date of the local authority's approval and remain closed for perpetuity.
Reason: To ensure the safe and free flow of traffic using the adjoining County highway.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:1171- 12 Rev B, 1171- 13.
