This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The application site is not considered to be a sustainable location, sited a significant distance to any sustainable settlement. The provision of a residential unit in this location, where the primary movement of residents would be via the private car, would not represent a sustainable form of development. Therefore, the proposal is contrary to saved Policy GD1 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006), and goes against the golden thread of the Framework, failing to comply with paragraphs 7, 14 and 55.
