  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. Notwithstanding the submitted plan, the kiosk shall be positioned to allow a 2.8 metre width between the existing building and the proposed building.

    Reason: To prevent a reduction in the width of the foot path at this point.

  3. Unless where required by any other condition attached to this permission, the development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
