This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The materials shown on the approved plan shall be used in the construction of the external walls and roof of the building hereby permitted.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory.
The packhouse hereby permitted shall only be used in connection with the produce grown on the land contained within the red-lined application site or the blue-lined site area shown on the hereby approved location plan. The building shall not be used in connection with any imported produce whatsoever. Also to protect the amenities of the area.
Reason: The packhouse is deemed acceptable in this location due to its connection with the established horticultural business on the holding.
A maximum of 2 chiller units shall be installed. The specification of the chiller units shall comply with the details specified by the e-mail dated 01/07/2014 received from Neil Healey and the supporting plans and specification added to the file on 02/07/2014.
Reason: To ensure that the development will not create an unacceptable level of noise within the locality so as to protect the amenity of the local residents.
A construction method statement shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development on this site. This statement shall be written in accordance with the guideline provided within the Worcestershire Regulatory Services Code of Best Practice for Demolition and Construction Sites (1st Edition) July 2011. Construction work on the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the approved method statement.
Reason: To ensure that the development process is carried out in a way which does not harm the amenities of the neighbouring occupants.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 002 (Block plan), 006 (Proposed elevations), 001 (Location plan), 005 (Proposed plan)
