This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed windows showing design, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure the historic and architectural character and appearance of the Conservation Area is properly preserved or enhanced, in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  3. Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed doors showing design, sections, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

    Reason - To ensure the historic and architectural character and appearance of the Conservation Area is properly preserved or enhanced, in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).

  4. Surface water run-off from the proposed development shall be disposed of as described in the Water Management Statement submitted in relation to application W/13/02214/PN.

    Reason - To ensure that surface water run-off is dealt with in an appropriate and sustainable manner.

  5. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
