This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: 3108-1AF-A, LD10916-02, LD10916R2, NTA150HQI, NTA150HGIDE
Reason - To define the permission.
The premises shall not be used except between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00 daily.
Reason - To ensure that the proposed development does not prejudice the enjoyment by neighbouring occupiers of their properties.
The ongoing operation of the plant shall comply at all times with the specified noise limits and noise mitigation measures as set out in the Environmental Noise Survey by Cole Jarman (report 12/4230/R1 dated 24 August 2012) as submitted as part of planning appliction W/12/01884/PN and in accordance with the post completion testing for noise exposure as submitted as part of planning approval W/12/01884/PN.
Reason - To ensure that the development does not impact on the amenities enjoyed by nearby residential occupiers.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the local planning authority, all tree protection measures, tree removals and new tree planting shall be carried out in accordance with the recommendations contained in the Tree Survey Report and Tree Constraints Plan and the Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Draft Tree Protection Plan each prepared by Squires Young (references 12 -121-DRT-FS and 12-122-DRT-FS, December 2012) submitted as part of planning application W/12/01884/PN. Any trees which, within a period of five years from the completion of the planting, die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To protect and enhance the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the satisfactory development of the site - in accordance with Policies GD2, ENV1 and ENV8 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
