This decision is subject to the following conditions:

  1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. The fencing proposed to enclose the LPG tanks hereby approved shall be of an industrial type and shall be retained as such thereafter.

    Reason: To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory and fit for purpose.

  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Block Plan, 01 09 D (ground floor plan Option 2), Location Plan, 01 12 A (External elevations), 01 01 (Existing ground floor plan)
