The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The materials shown on the approved plan and detailed with the Design and Access statement received the 29.4.14 shall be used in the works hereby permitted.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory and has no detrimental impact on the historic fabric of the Listed Building in accordance with saved Local Plan Policy ENV1, ENV2 and ENV13
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
