    Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

  2. The materials to be used in the alterations of the barn, particulary the garage doors, hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing building.

    Reason - To ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building.

  3. The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:

    Drawing number 214620-01 and amended drawing number 214620-02 revision B received 04/07/2014.

    Reason - To define the permission and to ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building. In accordance with Policies SUR1 and SUR6 of the Wychavon District Local Plan.
