This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The orangey extension hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water. This is in accordance with the SPD on Water Management.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended, nothing in Article 3 and Schedule 2 to that order shall operate so as to permit any development specified in Part 1 Class E of the said schedule and no such development shall be carried out at any time without an express grant of planning permission under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Reason - In order that the Local Planning Authority can gain control over the development and protect the openness of the Green Belt, in accordance with Saved Policy SR7 of the Wychavon District Local Plan.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:

Reason - To define the permission and to ensure that the proposed works are executed in materials, which harmonise satisfactorily with the existing building. In accordance with Policies SUR1 and SUR6 of the Wychavon District Local Plan.
