The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Before the first occupation of the first floor habitable accommodation, hereby permitted, the velux window installed in the rear elevation shall be obscured glazing and non opening and shall be permanently retained in that condition thereafter.
Reason - To protect the amenities of adjoining/nearby properties from unacceptable overlooking/loss of privacy in accordance with policy GD2 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
The first floor accommodation, hereby approved, shall be used solely for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house and for no other purpose.
Reason - To retain planning control over the use of the building hereby approved.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
Location Plan scale 1:1250, Block Plan 1:500, amended plans received 3/09/2014 - proposed site plans and floorplans, existing elevations and proposed elevations.
