The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: '01 A'; '02'; '03'; '04'; '05'; '06'; '07'; '08'; '10 Proposed Shed'; '10 Traning Centre and Workshop'; '11'; '12'; '13'; '14'.
Reason - In order to define the permission, and to ensure the development is visually satisfactory, in accordance with saved Policies GD2, SUR1 and SUR6 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006)
Prior to the first use/occupation of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Water Management Statement shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason - To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development and to reduce the consumption of water. This is in accordance with the SPD on Water Management.
The premises shall be used as a museum and visitor centre for vintage machinery, with associated storage; display; workshop; and classroom facilities as shown on the approved plans, and for no other purpose, including any other purpose in Class D2 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification.
