Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason - In order to define the permission.
The materials described in the submitted 'Stage D Schedule of Work' dated May 2014 shall be used and no others substituted without the approval, in writing, of the Local Planning Authority before work on the site commences.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory, in accordance with saved Policies ENV14 and SUR1 of the Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
Prior to any building works being first commenced, detailed drawings of the proposed glazed screens and/or French windows showing design, sections through glazing bars and/or mullions, method of opening, finish and depth of external reveal, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the buildings are properly maintained, in accordance with Policy ENV14 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the details contained in the Bat Species Method Statement Document 2 by Middlemarch Environmental dated August 2014 and on drawings no. 6684-36A, 6684-37A and 6684-39A. Should any amendments be required following the update surveys, these shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. On completion of these works a brief confirmation letter shall be submitted to the local planning authority for approval.
Reason - To ensure compliance with the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010, the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (as amended) and paragraphs 109 and 118 of the Framework.
Bird boxes, such as swallow cups, shall be provided on the site and thereafter maintained in accordance with details which shall have first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason - To provide appropriate habitat replacement and enhancement for protected species in accordance with paragraphs 109 and 118 of the Framework.
The premises shall be used as a learning centre and exhibition space, with associated visitor facilities as shown on the approved plans, and for no other purpose, including any other purpose in Class D1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification.
