This decision is subject to the following conditions:
The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The materials shown on the approved plan shall be used in the carrying out of the works hereby approved.
Reason - To ensure that the development is visually satisfactory and preserve the character and setting of the Listed Building in accordance with saved Local Plan Policy ENV13
Demolition, clearance or construction work and deliveries to and from the site in connection with the development hereby approved shall only take place between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00hrs Monday to Friday and 08.00 and 13.00hrs on a Saturday. There shall be no demolition, clearance or construction work or deliveries to and from the site on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Reason - To preserve the amenities of the locality.
Prior to any building works being first commenced, a precise specification of the proposed brick and stone to be used, for both the porch addition and the new courtyard boundary wall, a sample of at least four bricks and stone samples to provide a representative range of the colour and texture of the brick, together with a specification of the proposed mortar mix, pointing profile and finish, jointing width and bond of the brickwork and stonework, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason - To ensure the setting of the special historic and architectural interest of the adjacent listed building is preserved, in accordance with Policy ENV14 of the adopted Wychavon District Local Plan (June 2006).
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans:
1:1250 red line location plan and 1:500 block plan Drawing number 1 - approved and proposed ground floor plan Drawing number 2 - approved and proposed first floor plan Drawing number 3 - East elevation approved and proposed Drawing number 4 - South elevation approved and proposed
