This decision is subject to the following conditions:
Before the first occupation of the following dwellings the windows as indicated below shall be fitted with obscured glazing and shall be permanently retained in that condition thereafter:-
Plot 517 - the window at first floor level in the south facing side elevation Plot 521 - the window at first floor level in the south facing side elevation Plot 543 - the window at first floor level in the east facing side elevation
Reason - To protect the amenities of adjoining/nearby properties from unacceptable overlooking/loss of privacy in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
The car ports included as part of the approved development shall only be used for the parking of vehicles of for no other purpose.
Reason: To help avoid indiscriminate parking on the highway.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) (or any order revoking, re-enacting or modifying that Order), no windows/dormer windows [other than those expressly authorised by this approval] shall be constructed in the roof slope of the following elevations of dwellings hereby approved.
- the rear (north facing) elevations of units 221, 222, 223; - the rear (north west facing) elevations of units 433 to 436 (inclusive); - the rear (south east facing) elevations of units 439 and 440; - the rear (south east facing) elevations of units 460 and 461; - the rear (south east facing) elevations of units 460 and 461.

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the list of approved plans and documents (excluding the noise and vibration assessment and engineering information submitted with regard to conditions 11, 17 and 21) included in the email from Craig Mawby sent to Jonathan Edwards on 4 March 2013 and in associated with reserved matters application ref. no. W/12/02611, apart from the landscaping of the public open space areas and provision of play equipment that shall in accordance with the following drawings:-

Reason - To define the permission
The noise mitigation measures approved under the provisions of condition no. 6 attached to reserved matters approval ref. no. W/12/02611 shall be provided prior to the occupation of any of the units within 50 metres of the western boundary.
Reason: As the details provided with the application are considered to be insufficient to ensure the amenities of the proposed dwellings close to the railway would not be unduly harmed by reason of noise disturbance.
