The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three year(s) beginning with the date of the granting of this consent.
Reason - In accordance with the requirements of Section 91 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: Drawing - HW150270 Land Registry Location Plan Drawing - Rear elevation after alterations Drawing - Bronze casement door design Drawing - Bronze casement window design
Reason - To define the permission.
Notwithstanding the submitted cross sectional drawing of the proposed windows, the replacement windows hereby approved will be single-glazed. Horizontal glazing bars must be metal and must be integral not planted on/stuck-on.
Reason - To ensure the special historic and architectural interest of the building is properly maintained, in accordance with SWDP6 (Historic Environment) and SWDP24 (Management of the Historic Environment) of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (2016).
